Featuring Surfwax IPA from Burial Beer Company
Old Man Metal presents the final test of a new live feed setup in his studio, running a Logitech C930e webcam and a Blue Yeti mic in cardioid mode through OBS Studio, while drinking a Surfwax IPA from Burial Beer Company.
Tuned chromakey filtering allows duplication of the standard OMMM shots, using both the original and new show backgrounds; the show logo is incorporated as well.
The new Virtual Camera functionality in OBS Studio allows it to simulate a webcam device, so that the output from OBS studio can be used with Skype, Zoom, Discord, etc.; this new setup thus provides a live version of the show set that can be used on pretty much any videoconferencing platform.
The video includes filter chains and filter parameters for both video and audio inputs.
